Mr. Kielly is Vice President Engineering at OEL Projects Ltd., and is President of Ammonite Corrosion Engineering, a subsidiary of OEL Projects Ltd. In his role as VP at OEL, he manages a group of engineering and support personnel, as well as chairs the OEL technical committee which oversees all technical aspects of the company.

As President of Ammonite Corrosion Engineering Inc., he manages a team of corrosion engineers and specialists focusing on creating cost effective programs and innovative client solutions for corrosion prevention and mitigation needs.

During his tenure with OEL, Brian has worked on the detailed design, construction management and start-up supervision of several sweet and sour gas processing facilities and pipeline systems, including sour and sweet oil and gas batteries, gas plants, compressor stations, pipeline facilities as well as coordinating the regulatory and environmental aspects of these projects. Brian is a graduate of the Memorial University of Newfoundland, with a B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a recognized professional Engineer in Alberta (APEGA), and New Brunswick (APEGNB).

Brian joined OEL Projects Ltd. as a Project Engineer in September 1997. In September 2000, Brian accepted a Facilities Engineer position with Central Alberta Midstream, where he provided engineering support for three (3) gas processing facilities and pipeline infrastructure in the Whitecourt-Fox Creek area of Alberta. In April of 2004, Brian returned to OEL Projects Ltd. to lead a group of engineering and support personnel. Through OEL, Brian has worked on the detailed design, construction management and start-up supervision of several sweet and sour gas processing facilities and pipeline systems, including sour and sweet oil and gas batteries, gas plants, compressor stations, pipeline facilities. In addition, he has coordinated the regulatory and environmental aspects of these projects.

Brian currently manages a group of engineering and support personnel, as well as chairs the OEL Technical Committee which oversees all technical aspects of the company.
